At last you have found a tenant who has signed up for a year - let's hope she lasts the term out. My answer regarding the monies came back promptly, so thanks for that.

I asked 3 letting agents to view the property with a view to finding a tenant, and Leaders impressed me the most (partly because the agent found a hidden dishwasher in the kitchen which no-one else, including myself, had found!). They worked hard to find the correct tenants and I went with their recommendation. We have let the property to the couple they found for nearly a year now without any problems at all. Even though we engaged Leaders on a tenant find only basis, they have provided contact details of plumbers when I have asked, and are always very friendly and willing to help.

We found the service by all the staff we dealt with at the Sutton branch to be very professional, efficient and friendly. They were prompt for appointments and excellent at keeping us advised at all times. The most important aspect was their efforts to find appropriate and satisfactory tenants for our property.

Best agency by far! Organised, professional, efficient and helpful. I've searched for a rented property for 5 weeks, before I approached Leaders. However, when I nearly came to an end of my patience I decided to try Leaders because they had some properties I liked. They were on time, shown me all agreed properties and explained the process. I kept thinking to myself they were like any other agency, which left me drained and annoyed. How wrong was I? I would highly recommend them ( I'm referring to the team in Sutton).
