Very quick changeover of tenants at a good level of rent. Good level of support from management staff which greatly helped in remedying a number of problems left by previous tenants. The visits to the property during the tenancy did not identify any problems; these only became apparent once the tenants had moved out. These visits need perhaps to be more rigorous.
