Been with Leaders for a long time. This property was found by them as well. All paperwork and conracts were done online with ease. On the day of collection of keys took only 10 minutes to sign a couple of documents. Very organised and efficient. Maintainance calls were dealt with efficiency as well. A very good customer service.

My flat was put on the market and let promptly. As this was the first time I was re-letting the flat, I very much appreciated the advice I was given on all the steps I needed to take. My previous tenants were treated with courtesy when Leaders requested access to the flat. Leaders found me new tenants promptly at the rent they had suggested. So far, all is well with the new tenants. There were inaccuracies in the check out and check in inventories and confusion around when both would be done. I think that this is quite an expensive service - especially as the check in inventory only needs to cover the items which were unsatisfactory on the check out report. I don't like the electronic signing system. The tenancy agreement is a legal contract and I much prefer to sign it in person. But overall, Leaders got all the important things spot on and I am already using you again
