Having previously had bad experiences with estate agencies I was very dubious about how my experience would differ . How wrong was I .From start to finish leaders have been professional / reliable key traits that you need an agency to be. We dealt with Jackie who is a massive asset you your company . We hope to buy next year and would use leaders again.

A recent change of tenant could easily have turned into a nightmare with our outgoing tenant having problems with their purchase and twice changing their departure date at the last minute with new tenants lined up to move in. But Leaders handled everything very professionally keeping all parties fully updated at all times. Just to make matters worse the eventual move coincided with our holiday so we were out of the country. But Leaders co-ordinated everything, juggled keys around contractors renovating between the tenancies and did full out then in inventories......and we are not even fully managed. Brilliant service as always.
