The service we received from Michael in the letting of the property was excellent and likewise we have always received an excellent service from Christine. In both cases service personal and efficient. The area that, in our experience, could be improved, is in the way that inventories are done. Previously we have found that they are perhaps overly detailed on the minute detail, yet miss the important things, such as blatant, multiple sub letting of the property. On this current tenancy the inventory contained a number of obvious errors, in some cases reflecting the property before its extensive refurbishment. We have been told that this cannot be re issued, which we understand, but, as a suggestion, would it be an idea to let the landlord glance over it before it is issued to the tenant?

I just completed a sale with Leaders, Sutton Branch with Richard Sutton dealing with the sale. I have in my lifetime been through many sales and purchases, and have to say this is the best service I've had ever! Richard treated me with that "personal" touch that made me feel at times I was his only client. Of course I wasn't, it was him being good at his job. He kept me up to date of progress constantly throughout the sale. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and of course Richard in particular, along with his colleague Ian, who often took my calls when Richard was out on viewings.
