Overall quite efficient, but maybe one too many automated processes. 'One fits all' is not a thing and leads to the company having to deal with more enquiries than necessary.

Any issues regarding the property have been resolved quickly. Good communication from leaders and friendly, helpful staff.

The Leader team are very pleasant people and extremely helpful, a pleasure to deal with. There have been a couple of issues since taking up our tenancy with lack of communication around third parties coming to the house but these have been discussed and I am confident there will not be future problems
