There was some delay in getting the legalities dealt with but at all times we were kept informed and the agents worked hard on our behalf to a successful conclusion. The telephone answering system is very irritating. An automated answer often followed by the request to leave a number for you to call back means that you're not available speak to me at a time convenient to me. I have found the new tenancy agreement arrangements strange with no explanation given in a covering email.
