I called a few times about heating issues and was told the person will come and have it fixed. No one came and no one called me back either to let me know when the person was coming. I called the next day and the previous person I spoke to was off for a couple of days. Luckily for me that day the heating started working again when we woke up a few days later. Called back to let the office know my heating was working again and no longer needed the electrician. With kids at home they should have made it urgent and even giving me a feedback to my call.

Everything was as expected. Linda is a wonderful person and made our transition to the new place as easy as possible. Thank you, Stefan Tchernev
