I had been looking for a rental property for a few months and been let down on several occasions. Leaders professional approach but with an understanding of customer requirements ensured that I found the right property, and the process from offer to moving in was supportive and managed efficiently. Now very happy in my new "home".

Finding tenants with the renting team in Walton, twice worked very well and there not have been any problem at all. However I wish I could say the same regarding the management of my property, thereafter. So 5 for finding tenants and handling the process. and 2 or 3 stars for managing the property thereafter. There is definitely room for improvement in the latest.

Efficient and friendly service provided.

High quality service, very polite and friendly staff that made everything clear and easy to understand, considering it was our first time moving. All questions we had were answered fully and to our satisfaction with lots of imformative emails. Also we had an issue with our boiler at first but Leaders sent out an engineer promptly to repair it and its been working fine ever since. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.
