Sometimes I have to repeat my emails several times to receive a response or write to other people to get the answer to my question.

very good service, easy to go through formalities, nice staff. the only comment would be about the cleaning company that proceeds with end of tenancy cleaning (poor cleaning, not thorough) and the referencing company which takes much longer than is usual to give an answer to tenants.
