I have found that the service level has always been high and consistent. I would recommend Leaders to my friends both as Managing agents and for tenants too. Leaders always act swiftly and the regular updates on the legal and market are most helpful.

We have used Leaders to let our properties for several years now as nothing is ever a drama. They find us good tenants who pay rent on time and are easy to deal with. All I need to do is give the address and keys and any additional instructions, and as we use their introductory service they collect the first months rent and transfer the balance after deducting their fee. The deposit is also collected by them and transferred to me to secure with the DPS. They advise us when to meet the tenants to go through the inventory and hand over extra keys. Excellent and fuss free.

Occasionally it is necessary to repeat an instruction more than once for action to be taken.
