Good so far

Efficient service, staff very friendly, very pleased overall. The only small comment I would make is that there is no follow up by a member of staff to work carried out on managed properties to ensure it is carried out to the required standard. I refer to a driveway which was left in an unsatisfactory state by leaving tenants, the gardener put weed killer down but unless I occasionally look at the property and report back it would not be brought back to the standard required, I only want the new tenants to live in a property that looks good. This is not a complaint, if we were further away and couldn't monitor the situation, I would be concerned as it is a managed property.

Beth has been our agent and has been brilliant - she has answered all our questions and taken us through the process of renting - very professional and has gone the extra mile to help - thank you Beth.

Having used Leaders property management for a number of years I am extremely pleased with the services provided, and would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering who to chose to manage on their behalf.

Have been in Rental accommodation with Leaders for just over 6 years now. First time I have rented but we struck it lucky with Leaders. Can't fault them at all. Never any issues. If we need something doing it's done fast and efficiently. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Having heard the horror stories from friends who are with other letting agents that have to fight tooth and nail to get anything done, if I ever moved Leaders would be first choice to deal with again!!!
