Leaders have been a polite, efficient letting agent.

Our tenant told us that he offered to pay the full 6 months up front and the agent told him that I wouldn't like that although the agent hadn't asked me. Obviously it would have been cheaper for me and less income for the agent so I'm feeling a bit like the agent's financial interests were put ahead of mine without consulting me. Otherwise I'm ok with Leaders but I've been told by others that I'm paying over the odds.

I feel very confident that Leaders will answer any query I may have, they are helpful, professional, with lovely members of staff at the Waterlooville branch that make you feel like part of the family.

The Accounts presentation is quite confusing and I have had retentions kept for months after they should have been removed. However, all matters dealing with properties themselves have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and in a friendly, helpful manner.

I have always found the staff efficient, reliable and trustworthy. If ever there was a problem, it was solved quickly and efficiently.
