I have a high regard for the staff managing my property for the efficient and friendly way they operate.

Very helpful and friendly service every time I call

As we rent our property through leaders our initial dealings with them were polite and courteous with a quick, efficient service. However due to the company that separately deals with our background checks, things came to a grinding halt. Not leaders fault but felt communication was a little bit lacking. My only other gripe is regarding maintenance work required on a rental property. This is an area i think definitely needs looking at in my view.

Generally service and attention to detail has been good.

Was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of the place I moved into, but understand that is the landlords issue, not Leaders.

We can't thank Leaders in Waterlooville enough for the peace of mind we have knowing they are looking after our properties. We live overseas, and things just happen..They always keep us in the loop when required, but most of the time we forget that the properties are there as from our perspective, it all ticks along.

Everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and friendly. Communication and advice has been excellent and our move went very smoothly.
