We have properties with 3 Leaders Agencies and all are excellent. We have also experience of using other agencies, none of which come up to Leaders standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Generally competent in their conduct of business with me, however there have been times when my instructions have not been completely adhered to.

So far I've been pleased with the service that's has been provided. Queries are addressed and resolved quickly.

The staff I deal with at the local office are always helpful and efficient. I do find the monthly statements can sometimes be sent out with errors in and can be confusing. I think they are automated and could benefit from a review before sending to clients.

This is the 1st time I have ever used Leaders to let a property. I must say I am very impressed with how efficent and helpful they are. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

My property has been with Leaders for over 10 years. The service has exceptional at all times. As I am far away most of the time abroad, it is important to feel the property is in good hands... and I do.

From past experiences of lettings agents, that's usually where it stops- and we expected the same would happen with leaders. However we have been really pleasantly surprised- they have been brilliant. Always on hand when we need them, pleasant to deal with, efficient in getting things sorted and not intrusive. They actually care about their tenants! I honestly recommend them!
