Really impressed with this agent. Services when moving in to the house were brilliant- really efficient. From past experiences of lettings agents, that's usually where it stops- and we expected the same would happen with leaders. However we have been really pleasantly surprised- they have been brilliant. Always on hand when we need them, pleasant to deal with, efficient in getting things sorted and not intrusive. They actually care about their tenants! I honestly recommend them!

Leaders found me the ideal tenant, who have just entered their tenth year in my bungalow. They manage it well and would probably admit that it is a easy rental to manage as the tenants are very good.

Letisha has bwen fantastic in first listening when there was ab issue and then helping to resolve some issues I would give her 5 stars as he comms and speed to answer is great and did what she said Leaders though you ahould be ashamed as you introduced me to a flat rhat is manky, dirty and has a mould issue - I await Clare the manager to respond to me

Beth has been extremely helpful in keeping me up to date with properties that met with my requirements, and making sure I had answers to all my queries promptly. I never had to wait long for answers, so I was pleased when it was Beth that arrived to show me around a property this morning. She was professional , helpful, friendly & has been fantastic at getting me all the information needed so I could get the ball rolling with the house in question. I found the service to be fast and mostly efficient. The only issue that I noted, which was probably down to the short time that we had to set up the deal, was that some of the utility bills were still in my name for some weeks into the rental. Everything else went smoothly.

IN my two years of dealing with leaders there has not been any occasion for us to have any reason to be worried that leaders would not be there to help with any problems that would not be dealt with and the service given by leaders is wonderful and I would recommend leaders to any one that asked for an excellent agency thank you
