Everything went through effortlessly, great professional service.

Overall very pleased. The Waterlooville office were all very friendly and helpful. A very nice tenant was found and everything was put in place except for the utilities being notified. Which after a couple of weeks I realised and phoned the gas electric and water up myself. Not a huge deal but I'm sure that was meant to be part of the package.

We have been customers of leaders for 2 years and have been very happy until yesterday. We have had no views on our property for 6/8 weeks and therefore I checked the pictures advertising it for rent The images used to advertise for 6 weeks would certainly put any potential clients off renting. The rooms were a mess , the garden was overgrown, despite the contract requiring the tenant to keep it tidy the ability to rent has been prejudiced by poor advertising and the fees we pay you include advertising, therefore we should not be in a position to loose revenue. This is poor management I am disappointed we have now renewed the images today and have a viewing. Which is excellent we are hoping that this poor advertising will not result in any lost rental., and have every confidence that the leaders team in Waterlooville will help use find suitable tenants.
