I always get a prompt response to any questions or difficulties from the Waterlooville office and the staff are always really welcoming and friendly. The only difficulty I have had was when I phoned out of hours and had to chase a couple of times for a response and on another occasion when the phones were being answered by I think the Portsmouth office and they didn't pass the message on to the Watrlooville office.

Everything good, apart from still waiting for someone to come out to sort our gas hob out other than that great service and friendly staff

Happy with the service overall, though I sometimes think I have to be the expert on some minor issues.

Can't fault this agent. Excellent service when applying for property and moving in and their excellent service has continued now that we are fully fledged tenants. I currently have two properties let by Leaders Waterlooville. Both properties are managed by their very capable team. The properties have been re-let very quickly with carefully vetted tenants who often renew their leases. There have been minimal gaps for essential repairs/renovations between tenants. The Waterlooville office staff have always been professional, friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend their service.

The whole process from first viewing to moving in and beyond has been a pleasure from start to finish. I'd advise anyone looking for accommodation to use Leaders Waterlooville
