Really happy with Laura and the lettings team who are proactively marketing my property. However I feel that further Improvements could be made in the property management. Two examples are 1: funds deducted in dec to repair patio and work still not completed at the start of March. 2: several items which required repairing were missed when survey was conducted when previous tenants left the property.

Move has all gone very smoothly, very happy in our new home .
