I was slightly worried about renting after owning my own home for such a long time, but leaders made the transition so easy, with step by step things on what I needed to do. They keep me informed of everything, they have a quick and steady contact between me and my landlord (who is also very lovely) I feel welcomed and part of a family. I know that if I need to ring to ask anything, they will be there to help and the customer service team will always be lovely to chat to. Thank you Leaders.

I recently had an inspection at the flat I rent, and mentioned a few minor problems. I pointed out that these were not complaints, but minor niggles. I expected to hear no more, but within a few days someone had made arrangements to replace the cooker. This was done within another week. I then had someone contact me with a view to install a new shower! Superb service, and I don't know whether to thank the landlord or Leaders property managers. Either way - excellent service, far better than I normally expect these days. THANK YOU.
