You are always very friendly and just today we had a property visit and the man who came was so nice and friendly I really appreciated how nice and helpful he was. I have found all the staff I have has dealings with to be extremely helpful, prompt with replies to queries and mostly quick to solve any problems. However, the contractors used have been unreliable and slow in following through and staff seem to be unable to push forward with problems.
