Very good service from beginning to end. Just disappointing with the issues I still have in the flat at week 4 that could have been picked up during the inventory or weeks that the flat was being renovate.

So far so good. Personally I can't get over exited about electronic signatures, buy maybe that's an 'old guy thing' There'll be a App. saying it's more efficient. Harrumph!

I always find the staff very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. More and speedy contact would sometimes be useful to appraise progress and to identify and deal with any outstanding matters with regard to tenancies.

Everything on the move in was dealt with perfectly. We moved from a property managed by Leaders and we're having problems getting the deposit back. It wasn't clear what we (as tenants) needed to do regarding getting the deposit back. All I'd say is that it would be useful to get an email or call from Leaders summarising what needs to be done re getting the deposit back. It took me a few phone calls to get to the bottom of what needed to be done. I am nit-picking though as leaders have been great overall and only the witch of an ex-landlord soured the experience!!!!

Happy with the new tenant. My only disappointment was when the last tenant moved the inventory completed, my copy was not sent at the same time as the tenant.
