Very happy overall. However I was very disappointed to discover last week that although my current tenants moved in last December there have been no inspections by your premises management officers since they have moved in. I explained to your staff that it is a condition of my property insurance that the premises are inspected by my managing agents and they promised to arrange a visit, but I am still awaiting confirmation that this has been arranged.

Very pleasant people with a welcoming approach and very helpful, they could just be advised to give a more regular feedback on properties available to let with viewings and interest - communication.

Leaders were very helpful throughout the process. Even when a couple of issues arose that were leaders error they rectified the problems immediately. The staff we dealt with were very professional and on hand to answer any questions or queries we had. I would most definitely recommend them

I have always found those at Leaders to be very friendly and helpful and deal with matters raised by me. The only area of improvement that I see to be necessary is more regular feedback to the client on any letting changes and input on recommendations to achieve fast relets.
