The initial viewing of the house was wonderful when I made initial contact the viewing and the telling us we can have it the customer service was excellent but as soon as we had paid out admin charge it was impossible to speak to someone and when we had questions no one could answer then and there a call back was always promised and never came we got offered 2 moving date options which wasn't the one advertised then we advised of one and Waited 3 weeks even when chasing too hear back.saying that's ok. The day of.moving we had the most.amazing service from a lady called Kathryn who couldn't have done a better job.
