I am extremely pleased with the service that you have given to me since taking over from Allen Estates who in my opinion were a hard act to follow, however you have more than equal led their act and long may it remain so.

Overall the service was efficient. We were given some incorrect information during one telephone conversation with you, which could have been an expensive mistake. During our site visit, we had not taken note of the kitchen appliances. We asked whether the kitchen had a fridge and washing machine and were told that it did not. In fact, an integrated fridge, an integrated freezer and a washing machine were all in place. Fortunately we had not been and bought new ones!
