Leaders (formerly CPM) provide an excellent landlord service. They keep me up to date on relevant issues with my property and respond to my correspondence in a timely manner. They have been efficient in resolving any issues with my account.

As we had used Aston Mead/Leaders for number years managing our letting we were more than happy to ask them to sell our apartment. We were provided with regular information during the sale and were very happy with the whole process - keep up the good work!

Just rented out two flats for me in very quick time, great team to deal with - a few snags with deposit returns maybe need to clarify that system as both leaving tenants seemed to experience delays which were about being clear what was to be returned to them. But great job and would recommend.

I moved into the property 3 months ago, and aside from 1 question over e-mail I haven't needed to use them. So they're doing fine
