I have been with Leaders as a landlord for over 7 years. I have always found them up to date with current trends and rental values. I would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone renting or looking to rent.

We are very much enjoying our new flat. However, I think information on the fact a dehumidifier has to be on for 7 hours a day, would have been essential to know before we decided to sign for the flat. We only found out about this the day we moved in, in a letter from the landlady. Furthermore, I also feel information about parking permits would have been nice. We have had to sell one of our cars as only 1 space is available per flat. Apart from that, Leaders have been helpful in any queries I have had since moving in.

I'm a property owner living abroad. The Leaders team has always supported me, with matters that go sometimes beyond just renting the property. The only area of improvement is that it will be good to have one point of contact. I'm meant to deal with 'different departments'. I guess this is how you are structured. It will be easier for me to deal just with one person who relocates issues per department internally.

Our flat is not managed only rent collection. Rent has always been transferred promptly to us. Renewal process could be improved - flow of information was quite poor.

Yes I am please with the service we have had since our Tenancy
