Don't usually like to give any outfit 5 star rating, seems unrealistic. However, no complaints with the service at all. Property was let quickly and efficiently.

Sarah is brilliant and I've always found everyone at Wood bridge Jsm to be so friendly and helpful.

We have been landlords of 2 properties for 15 plus years. The service has always been excellent. We wondered if the standard would drop when ownership changed but it is as professional as ever. Jsm takes away the stresses and worries being a landlord can bring. They sort everything for us however big or small.

Your staff are giing an excellent service. I have only one complaint to make and that is the reluctance of the inhabitants to tidy the front garden and clear away dead leaves etc. Is it wiithin your remit to bring this to their notice on your regular visits? I shudder to think what state the back garden could be in.

I found the whole process very organised and efficient. Emails with form attachments were sent quickly and were easy to use, and the member of staff who dealt with my application was polite. The representative who deals with my tenancy has been polite and efficient, too.
