I must say finding a property through leaders is a very easy process, all you need to do is sign up for notifications and they will do the rest, it is so easy, and you will be done in no time, the referencing checks are done in less than a week, just leave it up to leaders, they will find the ideal property for you, notify you, perform viewing’s, even on Saturdays, must recommend.

Initially the property did not attract any potential purchasers because we think on hindsight that it was over priced bearing in mind that the property was finally sold at £16, 000 less than the original asking price. The property was first marketed in May 2017 but we did not complete a sale until 27th October.2017.

A fantastic service. The team have helped enormously in the ongoing battle with the energy supplier and have taken the stress away from me. They are always willing to help and give advice.
