Great service from viewing to picking up the keys. Good communication throughout the process.

Generally happy with the service I have received. I do, however, sometimes find your communications unclear; sometimes not sure how much is relevant for me. It is always a pleasure, though, when I am not sure of something, to talk with the staff at my local branch, who are willing to take time to answer any questions.

I found the staff extremely helpful during the buying process from the initial viewing through to Completion. Pleasant, efficient and professional without the unnecessary "hard sell" .

We were initially dubious about appointing Leaders to sell our property as we felt they were not as well known in the area as some of their competitors and that they were more experienced as letting agents than in sales. However we thought that their valuation of our house was fair and more in line with our judgement than others. The agents found a purchaser within a very short period after it went on the market, and we feel we achieved a good price. This might have just been good luck, but it does indicate that Leaders pitched the price right and that their sales tactics were also well judged. The sale went through without hitch and we were kept well informed so we feel satisfied that we made a good choice.

Excellent service whenever needed

So far so good although expensive. Very happy with the service given to us by the staff who we have dealt with for many years. Any problems we encountered have been sorted out professionally. Hopefully it will continue.

As first-time landlords we have very much appreciated the help and support of the Woodbridge team. As a result we are confident that our property is in safe hands.
