Before the takeover I would have given 5 stars. For the few months of the takeover I would have given 1 now I think you are back up to 5. So because of the blip I have given 4.

Hi there, I have been generally pleased wth the service from Leaders, however, I don't always get a timely response to enquiries (which I always did with Simply Lets - usually on the same day). As an example, I asked for a comparison of costs charged by Simply Lets v Leaders (as I noticed upon a change of tenant, that the charges for registering the deposit are higher than I paid before and it is collected not as a lump sum but every month) and I'm still waiting. Also, at the time of the take over I feel that a letter telling me what was different and more costly should have been issued.

Office staff are quick to respond to problems but some of the contractors used take a while to commence jobs. Otherwise no difference from the other team
