Generally good, but have turned up for tenancy visits without giving any notice.

I have been very pleased with the service Leaders has given, including arranging viewings and taking up potential tenants' references. This was my first experience of being a landlady and so I needed advice and support. The Leaders staff were helpful and professional, and they have found a perfect tenant to rent my property.

at this moment in time I have put excellent because the problem we had was sorted out very quickly. After only 3 months here not much more to say.

We have more than a few residential properties in Worcestershire that Leaders manage on our behalf. In general, we are very satisfied with the service received, so many thanks. Just a few minor niggles are noted as follows : Please ensure that on exit, all keys left by the outgoing tenant actually do open the appropriate doors at the rental property. Master keys held by ourselves really should mean "master keys" ... Please update us if circumstances change (such as new locks fitted etc). Lost keys should be charged to the tenant, not landlord. Please can we be sent a hardcopy of rental statement for each rental property. This save us time and is quicker too with benefits for both tenant and landlord. We appreciate the additional cost and time involved, but we have to print copies for our records to enable completion of tax returns, accountants copies, mortgage evidence etc. This consumes valuable time and effort. We used to receive these when the Worcester office was run by Town & Country. Much appreciated if this could be continued. Many thanks for all your valuable and timely help.
