Generally ,any issues I have brought to your attention have been dealt with fairly swiftly and professionally . A couple of small items which were brought to the landlords notice ,through yourselves, were not acted upon and no response was made from the landlord, which is a little frustrating . As far as the agency itself is concerned though I think you have scored well.

Have asked for let board to be removed several times but still here!!!!

Everything is great with the property.. A perfect country cottage. On a couple of occasions I have spoken with staff in the office and not received a call back or answers to my questions raised

Have used you now on 3 occasions and every time has been professional and what I expect from a high street agent.

They seem to manage our property well. No major problems so far!
