I have not had much cause to contact you but when I have I've received a professional responce. The only issue I have is your decision to do your inspection visits with out my presence. I would feel happier with someone who has visited before from the simply lets office coming than someone who doesnot know the house from the Town and country office.

Generally you have excellent staff at Worcester and they keep me informed, so far so good and no problems. Would definetly recommend Leaders
