Friendly and caring staff who got the job done. However, insufficient feedback on real-time house-sale progress. I was the one who had to call each week, to check on how things were progressing. Is there a way this can be improved?

I had a problem with the business underneath the properties I let out. A member of the team was sent to inspect the problem within the hour. It was very reassuring as my day time job is a long way from my city of residence. The manager of my properties has also been of great help when a tenant was in 'rent arrears' . Only through her perseverance was the matter resolved. She is always obliging and approachable with any issues I have.

Great service, very prompt and professional

I recently took a job in Worcester and actively began looking for somewhere to live immediately. What made the experience so much easier was my letting agent Alex who went above and beyond to ensure he found the right properties for me to view. Cannot fault the service from Leaders and would happily recommend them to anyone in the future.

Very knowledgeable about local market, great results

New to the letting game we used Leaders to guide us through the minefield. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional and found a tenant immediately the property was on the market. Having only just started the let we cannot comment of their service re running the tenancy but so far so good. The only reason for not going for 5 stars was the lack of communication in switching electricity/gas suppliers which they did without making it clear to us this had happened. No major problem but led to a few admin issues, so it's really a 4.75 star review! Would definitely recommend them to others.
