We have received very good service from all the staff for the past 7 years. When Leaders took over we were rather bombarded by offers of various services but not so much now. I prefer to request a service if I require it.

I am very happy with the experience of Leaders at Worcester. Friendly staff and always able to help. The only thing is that I've been waiting for our I nspection report since October. I've emailed & called and have not yet received it yet so not sure it's been done? The lady was meant to come on two separate occasions. However, the whole process when we first got our house was easy and everyone was great.
