Overall i am happy with the service as the terms were clear and progressed good, although communication could be improved.

Very fast in response and organizing things for you i.e admin and paperwork. Only downside are they are more pricey than other estate agents but the service does justify this to some extent.

I have been using this letting agency for approx 12 years and have encountered difficult tennants and very good ones, the point being that even throughout their management changes or staff changes the level of support have remained very good which has been a considerable weight off the shoulders of this busy landlord

An incident in September when somebody let themselves in to my home to fit a carbon dioxide detector without my knowledge or consent was not the best start to my tenancy and left me feeling quite unnerved. Apart from what I hope was an isolated incident everything else is fine. Waiting to hear back from previous inspection regarding repair to leaking shower and other minor repairs/property maintenance that need to be done.

Seems normal excellent service has been resumed
