Really pleased with the service received from Leaders, specifically the property management department. All queries and questions have been dealt with quickly and the communication has been exceptional. Having moved from another estate agents due to bad communication and poor service, I'm really happy with Leaders and hope to stay with them for a long time to come.

In general very good, but several incidents where I have been subjected to tenants, whohave obviously not beenkept an eye on. The first incidence was that the property was being sublet to three further people, and significant damage caused structurally to the property, the second, was where the tenant left without paying last three months' rent and took the fridge, which you were unaware of, it was only when I asked where it was , that it came to light, The tenant could not be located and hence i didn't receive any reimbursement. Also, I have been promised a refund in fees charged 10% for long standing lloyalty. AP Morgan have offered me 8%, which would be a much better charge, for the same service. Apart from that I am pleased with Premier / Leaders, very prompt and helpful, and kept well informd on events at all times. Thank you,
