Everyone from Leaders that I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire process of finding a flat and setting up the tenancy. I needed to find a flat and move in as soon as possible because I had suddenly moved to Worthing from another county and was staying in a B&B. I was in my new flat within 2 weeks. I would definitely use Leaders again and recommend them to friends and family.

Some of photos was low quality in document called: Check In & Schedule of Condition. Flat wasn't in optimal condition. There was minor defects for example: - blocked drain in bath - in some places was dirty walls very dusty and spotted from food even in living room All services provided and sent documents was on high professional level. Senior agent Susie Jeffers was very kind, polite, optimistic, communicative and she helped me a lot with everything. With her help everything was easy. She was excellent. Overall I evaluate services provided by Leaders Limited to high standard.

Love everything apart from the property maintenance side of things offered from Leaders. Engineer called to look at smoking oven. He claimed it was fat and oil causing it to smoke. It was not and was completely clean. He left the oven open and smoking for 35 minutes, despite me asking several times to stop because my 9 month pregnant partner was in the house. Called Leaders and reported this, they sent the same bloke back. He turned up after knocking on the door once, opened the door himself and walked into the house without invitation despite us trying to sort out of 2 day old baby. He started having a go about how he is just going to do the same thing as last time and needs to smoke the house out etc because he needs to ‘burn the fat off’ (May I add again, there is none. The oven is, and always has been, clean! This is done regularly!) I asked him to leave the house and property immediately. We will not be treated this way in the home that we love. This service needs to be improved, and this man should not be allowed to invoice for his “work”, which was just to turn the oven on and make things work, not listen to what we were saying, and to leave without even attempting to examine the problem.

Very professional and courteous throughout the rental process. The same has applied to resolving issues with the property with theexception of not being given notice of scaffolding being put up and work commencing on the exterior of the property. However, this project is the landlord's own inititative and he should have informed the PM about this so she could inform us. THis lack of notice caused considerable inconvenience and stress.
