The property manager is very professional and helpful

Have been very satisfied with the prompt and efficient way Leaders and in particular Shannon at worthing office has looked after us. This is our first time in a fully managed property, and although some of the companies have had to return several times to finish or make good on a job ,there has not been a problem with them attending the property.

I am very happy in my new flat. When i first moved in I had a problem with a leaking kitchen sink which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the management team at Leaders.

My questions are being answered by staff of leaders and problems being solved. I wish that there will be a proper shower but I understand if water pressure is low. Paint debris is falling everyday everywhere in the flat, i've cleaned these areas that have led into some paints being removed

Leaders has given me a excellent service over the last 16 years. This comes about by offering a well thought out service based on quality. The staff are well trained to meet the companies high standards, for the training allows them to start at the bottom and rise to Senior Property Manager and above. I believe also that over the years a friendship develops which enhances Leaders and me to a quality relationship.

I have always been impressed with the service value and efficient staff I intend to continue using Leaders.
