Lettings and maintenance departments very good. Accounts still a problem; bad statements which don't include all information; missing statements that have to be asked for; random part payments. A number of simple arithmetic errors each year. All sorted out afterwards but shouldn't need to be! Staff in general are helpful patient and (in general) know what they're talking about.

Leaders were extremely helpful and honest about every aspect. Had a lot of trouble with our previous landlord not doing things by the book and concealing a lot of issues with both the tenancy and the property, Leaders were up front about anything and everything, took time to explain the little details and answered any questions promptly and truthfully, nothing was mentioned last minute everything was set out before me to look over, assisted with any queries whenever i needed them to and they even had plans in place for minor repairs to the building before I got a chance to mention it! cant fault them on their customer service and attention to detail. would absolutely recommend going through this estate agent for any properties. the staff are so friendly and happy too! real breath of fresh air after dealing with suck cretins before!
