Everything has been fine but when I've asked about requesting to add a door to the kitchen on a couple of occasions I was told that they will run it by with the landlord. Out of common courtesy I would of liked a yes or no. Apart from that everything has been fine.

All services have been carried out impeccably over the years and I have never had any complaints.
