I am sorry it's not a five star I was so pleased to join Leaders and I recommended Leaders to everyone, the service was a five star -before I moved in. When I moved in to 21 pilgrims walk it took me a lot of effort to get the unwanted fridge taken away. The first phonecall I was treated like I was an inconvenience and I was shocked to be challenged for my request, then my next two emails was ignored, but still mentioned on the next phonecall. I have found that to get the best customer service is to visit the shop rather than any other form of contact. But it's early days.
