Generally pleased with the service apart from a few teething problems - using incorrect e mail address etc. Also the report on property inspection is confusing. There were no items of concern but this was not immediately apparent from the form. I still got a covering letter saying what was I going to do about the items highlighted. This caused me unnecessary worry.
