I received excellent help from Leaders in Worthing when I purchased a house through them. They were interested, communicated very well, chased up where necessary and I couldn't have asked for a better service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The staff are always responsive when I have called in to ask about the flat. The major item was installing the curtain track over the bay window of the sitting room, and this was done efficiently. I have found the heating system quite complicated, and I think that future tenants should be given a written description about how it works, and how it can be modified. It took a week or so of my tenancy to get the cooker connected. My diet over the first two weeks was mainly salads! The person who re-connected the cooker found a major issue and said that it could have been very very dangerous, and he would write a report for Leaders about it. Besides these, I am enjoying my stay in Western Place.
