Leaders have provided a very good service throughout. The only frustration was having to pay 6 months advance up front even though I had shared 2 contracts that would have shown that I was more than capable of paying the rent. Fortunately I had some savings in order to pay for this, but I was also starting a new job, moving country and setting back up again in the UK. The staff at leaders have been excellent, the sales process was very efficient and the follow up once moving in was very thorough, thank you

The only problem I had was the people you use for checking in (Proactive I think) added a back garden to the details which confused the tenant. I think this should have been picked up from previous information they must have had.

I am totally satisfied with the service you provide. Recently when a change of tenants took place, I went to view the property and reported various items of rubbish needed to be disposed of, and this was organised promptly, as well as getting a gardener in to cut back the hedges. All this was speedily carried out as requested.
