I was very pleased with the speed that a new tenant was introduced by Caroline and the subsequent short rental void between outgoing and incoming tenant. I have received exceptionally service from Sue (property manager), her attention to detail, prompt response is very good. My criticism I'm afraid is your accounts dept. There were errors during the initial tenancy and again this time. There appears to be a lack of attention to detail, on this occasion the entire letting fee has been deducted, which was not agreed. Sue has dealt with this on my behalf, but it should not be necessary.

Many good features. Good sales department and excellent maintenance department. Accounts system is terrible, and inventory checkouts are not good. (Including new system). Photos are totally inadequate to see what is right/wrong with property. Looks pretty, but useless functionality. Resolution is so low they can't be enlarged to see detail.
