Leaders were very helpful in finding me the right place for my needs, which were very particular as were my circumstances. It was the first time for me in rented accommodation, and had no idea of how to go about it all. There seemed to be a lot of paperwork involved but in truth it was all laid out for me nicely and it ended up being a stress free experience. I will certainly use Leader again in the future.

Leaders were absolutely brilliant when we were looking for our first place to rent. They endeavored to answer any of the questions that we had to the best of their capability, also on hand when called. The only down side was that the holding fee was not taken off the deposit which some other estate agents do.

I had some concerns regarding the inventory check which both exposed issues which had not been highlighted at the checkout and also I felt did not recognise the actions taken by me as a landlord; it seemed to have been prepared more in the interests of the tenant rather than me as the client. I also received in the post documentation relating to one of your other clients, this is not the first time that this had occurred. I have been impressed with the ability to find new tenants and the general responsiveness of the team.

As a Landlord of multiple properties I have used many letting agents over the years. I previously shied away from Leaders as I perceived them as expensive. Leaders then took over the business of on of the agents that looked after my property. Due to the, care, efficiency and understanding of the rental business I have now realised Leaders has cost me far less. 'Leaders quality image attracts Quality tenants'. I have now moved nearly all of my properties from other agents and will continue to do so when the existing tenants vacate.

I have been with Leaders now for 17 years and in that time they have let a number of properties for me. Usually they manage to let the property within a few days and I have hardly ever had a void period. In the main the tenants have been fine, too, with only one disaster in that time, so I think this is a pretty good record. I am now living in Oxford and notice that Leaders have extended their reach here.
