Very happy with the service, always a quick response to my emails and very quick to re-let when a tenant vacates....very short void periods. Only down side is the cost. The letting fee, insurance guaranteeing the rent, the deposit scheme charges plus vat, Oh and checking out fees and new contract fees..... these all make a rather large hole in my income. I sometimes wonder who is working for who!
