I have been with Leaders for over 20 years now, which speaks for itself. In that time Leaders have let a number of properties for me and I have only ever had one bad tenant, who was later diagnosed with severe mental illness. So not a bad record.

Property tenanted after what I would consider an average amount of time. Friendly and efficient service so far. Queries are generally resolved without delay. So far, so good. Thank you.

We are happy in our stay in the flat (Flat 1, 17A Chapel Road, Worthing BN11 1EG) since we moved last Aug 1. The communal hallway has been cleaned including the room where the bins (3 rubbish bins for each flat & 2 recycle bins) are located. Two (2) are bothering us at times: the nasty bad smell in the bigger room that comes now and again (coastal drains came and check but we have not received any update of where is it coming from (it is intermittent though); 2nd thing is the tenant/s above us (flat 2) have heavy feet (like dragging) when he/she/they move about as late as 11 pm or 12 midnight.

I have been impressed that they have dealt with every call i have made,quickly and promptly, been impressed with their willingness to help and advise where necessary

Most friendliest estate agents and staff I've had. Hope it remind, so helpful and anything that needs doing they get they job done within days! So amazing!

Friendly staff but quite slow in getting problems sorted. Worried that at recent property inspection there was a comment that no animal deposit in place when you agreed my two dogs were not a problem. Paid relevant deposit.???? Been in house for nearly two months and still getting scalded by hot shower despite maintenance bloke trying to sort it. New repairers coming out next week so hopefully it will be resolved. Rent £1350 a month - not great

We have had a couple of minor issues with the building itself since moving in, but to Leaders credit, the issues have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. So far i cant fault the service they provide.

Inter communications seem up to speed. So that is fine
